Templates are awesome because they can save you a ton of time. Wix Studio has several options when it comes to professional web design templates.
In this post, I'll share a few resources to help you find the Wix Studio template that works for you!

Free Templates Made By Wix Studio
The first and most obvious option is to use one of the templates created by Wix Studio. They have hundreds of professional templates for any kind of business.
One of the template types I want to highlight in particular is the "wireframes" templates. These templates contain placeholder content making it even faster to change out the elements and make them your own.
All you have to do is update the site styles, change out the text and images, and you're good to go. I always recommend making the template as much your own as possible, even after the steps above.

Any template made by Wix Studio is a great option for the following reasons:
They are free!
They are professional designed
They have a wide variety of designs and styles
They are always adding more

Templates Made by Wix Partners
The next option are templates made by Wix Partners, also referred to as the template marketplace.
These templates were designed by Wix Partners and they have been growing in number and popularity since the release of the template marketplace in 2024.
There are both free and paid options in the template marketplace, as well as the listed features and Wix business solutions enabled for particular templates.
Here you also have the ability to filter and sort through the templates to find on that works for you.
One cool thing about the template marketplace is that Wix reviews all the templates before publishing them to ensure they keep a high standard of quality. So if it's listed, it passed the review.
I have never personally used a free or paid template from the template marketplace, but am really encouraged by the growing number of purchases/downloads and the growing number of templates available.
It's definitely worth it to check them out to see if any of them will work for your business. And any purchases/downloads help the original creator of the template.

That leads me to the third and final option that I will mention in this post.
Purchasing Templates Directly From the Web Designer
The third and final option that I want to highlight is purchasing templates directly from the web designer. This can also be a great option if you're looking for something specific or if you have a certain style in mind.
For example, I created a few Wix Studio templates last year and listed them for sale on my site. So if you wanted to buy one of my templates, you could do that by purchasing it directly from me.

These templates may be harder to find since they aren't centralized in a template library like the options above, but they are still a viable option. As time goes on, I see more web designers creating and selling Wix Studio templates on their own sites and in other places.
One thing to keep in mind if you want to purchase a template this way is to always check the product listing, refund policy, and how the template will be delivered to you.
Most templates being sold this way are done through a zip file that you download once purchased and upload into your Wix Studio account. In some cases, you can also preview the live template like you can with my Vivo template so that you can see how it functions before purchasing.
But different designers may have different policies and procedures, so it's important to research each product in-depth before purchasing.
Always try to buy from someone you know and trust so that you can get the right product for your specific needs.

I'm a big fan of templates! I love that Wix Studio offers several options when it comes to finding the right template for you and your business and I only see templates increasing in variety and value over time.
